Austin Executive Airport – formerly Bird’s Nest Airport - is a public airport located only 12 miles from Downtown Austin. It is an alternative destination for those that charter a private jet to Austin, as it serves exclusively general aviation and has amenities that are designed for both business and personal travelers. Henriksen Jet Center is the only FBO at this airport, but it is equipped with the services that most business jet travelers need to enjoy their stay, including:

Although the tower is not operational 24 hours a day, it remains open during most business hours and late into the evening to assist with takeoffs and landings. There are also very few flights in and out of Austin Executive Airport on a daily basis, which means essentially no wait time for your flight and plenty of space to take advantage of the FBO services.

Austin Executive Airport also has lower cost jet fuel and a runway that is equipped for most sized jets.
