The G-100 owes its improved speed and range to more powerful, FADEC-equipped Honeywell TFE731-40R-200Gs, and the addition of drag-reducing winglets to the design. The SPX/G100 cockpit employs the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 4 avionics system.
