Following the 600, the Hawker 700 was built with an upgraded engine, highly improving performance and fuel economy. Like the 600, it seats eight passengers comfortably. While this aircraft is much older than many of the Midsize jets available for charter today, it is still available today in certain markets.

The cabin of the Hawker 700 is more or less the same as its predecessor, and only slightly smaller than incredibly popular Hawker 800 and 800XP. Most configurations offer club seating for four with folding executive tables, a two-seat divan, and two individual seats in the rear of the aircraft. As with all Hawkers, the 700 was one of largest aircraft in its class upon release.
