Attend the Aspen Food and Wine Classic Festival

October 14th, 2012 by
When: Back to Calendar June 17, 2011 – June 19, 2011 (all-day)

There are only three weeks left before the upcoming Aspen Food & Wine Festival. This year’s event promises to be filled with scrumptious delicacies and tantalizing flavors in every form you can think of. When Food & Wine magazine’s select guests – consumers, members of the restaurant industry, and press – arrive in Aspen, they will no doubt be dazzled by the myriad of wine tastings and cooking demonstrations which make this celebrated three-day soirée a live experience of the magazine itself.

The annual Food & Wine Classic grows ever nearer, and with it the promise of demonstrations and seminars by some of the world’s most storied winemakers, renowned chefs, and culinary virtuosos, including the likes of those such as Gail Simmons, Mario Batali, José Andrés, Joshua Wesson, and Jacques Pépin. Aspen’s downtown district will soon come alive with guests sampling the world’s finest flavors at five consumer Grand Tastings and two Private Trade Grand Tastings under Food & Wine’s Grand Tasting Pavilion. And guests will have no need for constant worry about restricting their underage relations as the festival has a no-one-under-21 policy, and the kids will simply have to stay at home for this one.

If you are one of those who have put off securing your travel plans for this glorious summer bacchanalia, fear not! You can still book a private charter jet to Aspen with evoJets Charter. Our location right here in Aspen gives us the opportunity to provide you with the best possibly situated transportation and travel assistance for all your vacation needs. Many returning patrons of the Food & Wine Classic rely on evoJets to get them to and from Aspen every time, and it’s not too late to count yourselves among them.

One of our most popular aircraft, and one which is especially apt for this occasion, is the Bombardier Challenger 600, which typically seats 8 to 12 passengers, and can be configured for as many as 18. The cabin’s design is wide and roomy, being one of the first produced with “walk-around” space. The aircraft has a fully enclosed lavatory and 115 cubic feet of luggage space. It is notable for having a rather quiet cabin with low vibration levels. The Challenger 600 was designed for long range, making it an excellent selection for your last minute – but no less luxuriant – flight to this year’s Aspen Food & Wine Classic.
