What is Evolved Membership?
Evolved
Membership is an extension of our philosophy, to maximize
the value of private travel by empowering our clients
with the information and resources necessary to make savvy,
sensible private travel decision. This innovative membership-based
network allows private travelers sharing similar itineraries
to split flight costs while mitigating their environmental
impact.
How does Evolved Membership work?
FLIGHT
ORIGINATORS: As an Evolved Member, you have the opportunity
to recoup some of your travel expenses through flight
sharing every time you book a flight, be it through evoJets
Charter or any other flight provider. The flight sharing
process begins when you post your flight and set the price
for share within the evoJets member network. Once posted,
an Evolved Membership representative will actively search
for another member to join your trip. If we have located
a match, you will have the ability to review and approve
the potential "flight participant". After confirming
flight details with all parties the shared flight will
be booked. You will receive payment of the full amount
of your set "share price" within one business
day of your completed flight.
FLIGHT
PARTICIPANTS: As an evoJets member you have access to
all flights posted within the Evolved Membership network.
Prior to booking a private flight you may consult with
evoJets to inquire if you share an itinerary with another
evoJets member. You may join the flight and enjoy significant
savings if you approve of the match's terms and conditions
as well as the offered price.
How is Evolved Membership Different from Existing Programs?
Evolved
is the first program of its kind to provide individuals
with the opportunity to fly privately at a fraction of
the cost of other charter, fractional and jet card programs
without diluting the comfort, convenience and luxury that
individuals associate with flying private aircraft. To
best maintain our luxury offering, evoJets encourages
the matching of no more than two individuals or parties
as opposed to other services that sell aircraft to capacity.
Furthermore, Evolved Membership is compatible with all
existing private travel resources including Charter, Jet
Cards, Fractional and Whole Part 135 Ownership allowing
individuals with pre-paid fixed-rate plans to recoup dollars
previously spent on private travel.
How far in advance should I post my trips for sharing?
We
encourage our clients to post their trips as soon as they
decide to fly. Generally, the more time you give the process
to occur, the more likely you are to find a successful
match. However, you can post a trip with us at anytime.
How will I know when a match has been made for one of
my posted trips?
You
will be notified either by email or telephone when a match
has been made.
What is the cancellation policy for confirmed Evolved
shared-flights?
We
ask that shared flight participants give as much notice
as possible before altering or canceling their flights.
Flights can be canceled without penalty 96 hours prior
to departure. Flights canceled within the 96 hour window
are subject to penalty unless another match is located.
What if I'm late for an Evolved shared-flight?
We
ask that you always maintain open communication with your
Personal Flight Coordinator especially if you need to
change your itinerary.
Flight
Originators: If you are a "flight originator"
and your delay causes the "flight participant"
to travel via other means, you will forfeit your deposit.
Flight
Participants: If you are the "flight participant",
the "flight originator" has the ultimate authority
to determine how late you can be. However, in the case
that you miss your flight, evoJets will refund your full
trip amount minus a cancelation penalty.
Is there a limit to how many passengers are allowed
aboard an Evolved shared-flight?
Yes.
The purpose of evoJets Evolved Membership is to allow
individuals the opportunity to save financial resources
while preserving your in-flight the experience. Once a
flight is confirmed, all additional passengers will need
to be approved by your joining party.
How much luggage am I allowed to bring on an Evolved
shared-flight?
You
and your guests are entitled to your pro rata share of
available cargo space. If your baggage exceeds the space
provided, evoJets will overnight your belongings to your
final destination.
Can anyone become a member of evoJets Evolved Membership?
To
become an Evolved member you must be referred by a current
member or personally approved by evoJets. If you would

Does it cost anything to become a member of Evolved
Membership?
A
$2500 evoJets membership fee will be deducted from the
savings you incur on your first flight.
What fee does evoJets charge to match members?
evoJets
charges ten percent of the total estimated flight cost
to both the flight originator and flight participant.
Flights under $10,000 are subject to minimum commissions.
CHARTER PLUS
How does evoJets' Charter Plus compare to fractional
or jet card programs?
evoJets
offers you more freedom and greater value with no upfront
costs or deceiving price schemes. When flying Charter
Plus you will always be presented with fully transparent
price quotes featuring only a grand total inclusive of
all taxes and fees and, the only time you pay is when
you fly. No surprises. You will never be asked to commit
to minimum hourly requirements or make large upfront capital
outlays to secure membership. Unlike other programs, evoJets
does not charge acquisition costs, monthly management
fees, annual hourly flight minimums, remarketing fees
or long-term contractual agreements. Because we understand
that every trip is a unique experience, you will have
the freedom to choose from any aircraft, every time, ensuring
that you always have the best jet for your trip.
Do I need to be a member to book regular charter flights
with evoJets?
evoJets
Charter service is available to both members and non-members.
How much does it cost to charter a plane?
In
short, "it depends". The benefit to flying charter
is that you are not locked into a specific rate and can
take advantage of cost saving opportunities in the private
aviation market. The cost to charter a plane is determined
by the aircraft type, flight time, and the time of year.
More flexible itineraries provide the greatest potential
to integrate cost saving opportunities.

How far in advance do I need to call to book a flight?
You
can call us anytime though we encourage our clients to
call us as soon as they can to book a trip. As a general
rule, the more time you give us, the more likely you are
to receive the most competitive prices available in the
market.
What is the cancellation policy for a charter flight?
When
flying charter, the cancellation policy varies for each
flight. As a general rule, the cost of most flights can
be refunded if cancelled 96 hours in advance of your scheduled
departure time.

How does evoJets ensure the safety of its passengers?
evoJets
uses only the top jet providers, ensuring a commitment
to best practices in pilot training and experience, aircraft
maintenance, and safety history.

FAA Certified Part 135 Air Carriers approved for service
within the evoJets network are reviewed by the industry's
leading independent charter certification organization:
The Aviation Research Group / US (ARG/US). Carriers must
hold a minimum Gold rating from ARG/US to be considered
by evoJets unless advised otherwise by our clients.
What is ARG/US?
The
Aviation Research Group/US, also known as ARG/US, is an
industry leader in the field of aviation. Focusing specifically
in aviation information collection and analysis, ARG/US
has come to be relied upon by many companies in the industry
including those that operate, maintain, market, manufacture
and finance business aircraft. Through the use of its
Part 135 Charter safety reports, financial operating reports,
and business aviation market research, its proprietary
information provides decision makers with the data necessary
to successfully operate within the private aviation industry.

SECURITY
How does evoJets ensure the security of its passengers?
With
evoJets, you have the comfort of knowing that every passenger
who has flown on the aircraft before you has been screened
by Transportation Security Administration standards. All
aircraft are inspected prior to boarding and pilots have
the right to search passengers and their luggage. All
aircraft are locked and secured when crewmembers are absent
from the plane.
What type of identification do I need for private flights?
Flight
scheduling requires the full legal names of all passengers.
Individuals over the age of 18 must present two forms
of identification before entering the aircraft, one of
which must be a valid, government issued photo ID. If
such identification is not presented, boarding will be
denied. Passengers under the age of 18 must be identified
by the lead passenger.
AIRCRAFT
What kind of planes do I have access to with evoJets?
evoJets
provides access to an extensive network of charter aircraft
including light, mid-size, super-mid and heavy jets. Turbo-prop,
piston-prop, and Airliner aircraft are also available.
evoJets does not own, operate or maintain any aircraft.
AIRPORTS
How many airports can I access with evoJets?
In
addition to countless international destinations, evoJets
provides access to over 5000 domestic airports.
PETS
Can I bring my pet aboard an Evolved shared-flight?
Pets
may be allowed aboard your shared-flight provided you
receive approval from the other members sharing your flight.
Please notify evoJets in advance if you plan on flying
with your pet.
Can I bring my pet aboard a regular charter flight?
Your
pet is a member of your family and is welcome aboard all
your evoJets charter flights. Please keep in mind, however,
that you are liable for any damage, either to the aircraft
or crew, that your pet may cause. A pet safety belt will
be provided for pets weighing over 25 pounds and pets
smaller than 25 pounds may ride in a pet carrier or on
your lap. Pets are always required to be secured for take-off
and landing.
